SPARK utilizes the features and strengths of our successful SmartPark software while presenting a brand-new interface and capabilities adapted to your phone.

SPARK is compatible with all existing TIBA products and installing comes with close to zero IT efforts.
Command Center
The Command Center assists the operator to resolve in-lane conflicts in a quick and efficient manner. It provides real time information about the status of the devices and the activity. In addition all relevant information about a parker and/or credential in displayed in one convenient location and gives a context sensitive array of commands to resolve the issue. Features include:
  • Operational dashboard for each parking lot displaying all activity and counters in real time.
  • Remotely controlling all connected devices and sites.
  • Centralized alerts Center.
  • Smart Tag system.
Account Management
From the SPARK Account Management you to can create and manage all your accounts, their access level and limitations, from all across your parking lots.

The module is permission based enabling to delegate control to local managers to create Accounts in specific parking lots.

After creating an account, the account contact receives an email invitation for further management of Monthlies and Guests.
Monthly Management
Monthly Management in SPARK allows you to manage all your long-term monthly parkers online from one central and secure location.

To enter the parking lot, drivers present their credential, such as tapping their RFID, entering their phone number on the touchscreen, scanning the QR credential from Google & apple wallets, or in LPR supported sites simply “drive in”.

The module is permission based enabling to delegate control to merchants/businesses to manage their own monthlies and access profiles associated to their company account.
Validations
Validations allows owners, operators, and merchants to provide validations to their patrons either electronically or with physical stickers and eCoupons that can be generated directly.

User and role-based permissions control access to specific validations types available to each merchant account.
You can digitally look up transient tickets and apply validations
Guest Passes
Guest Passes enable owners, operators & merchants to pre-create temporary guest passes for individual or groups of parkers requiring access to the parking lot. To enter the parking lot, parkers can simply scan the QR credential sent directly to them from the system. The credential can be stored Google & apple wallets.

They can also enter their phone number on the touchscreen or gain access from their license plate in supported sites.

User and role-based permissions control the options presented to the user when creating temporary passes.
Reports
Reports provides a centralized, web-based location for owners & operators to access the 150+ built-in reports offered by the TIBA system. These reports can be viewed online or downloaded as a PDF or a spreadsheet for further analysis and shared with team members.
Admin Tools
Admin Tools provides the ability to view and manage all the connected sites and tenant wide settings . You can create and manage permissions level of all system users at the most granular level.
User Management enables you to control user actions and their level of access to the system. Role-based permissions are used to assist with the management of users performing similar functions.
Lot Configuration
Lot Configuration provides the ability to configure and plan your lots.

Manage your special days and plan special events with schedulers: schedule Rates, Device Activity, Prepaid Keys and Access Profiles Alternatives.
